   Walked in for the Pharmacy First service as I had had a UTI for a week already and knew I would be waiting too long for a GP appointment (especially with it being a Friday). I hadn't used the pharmacy before but the service exceeded my expectations. There was no queue at this time (mid afternoon) so I was seen to quickly by a very friendly pharmacist at the counter. She communicated what to expect and I was then seen to in the consultation room quicker than expected (they fit me in between vaccination appointments). It was also only a short wait for the prescription to be ready. I was in and out the store within about 15 minutes with the desired result, and had pleasant interactions with the attentive staff.

   Honestly the laziest, grumpiest, most ineffective pharmacists I have ever experienced. It's worth driving somewhere, they are useless here and so so slow. They will happily stand and chat while actively ignoring the long ques.

   Very nasty staff! Have arrived there more than once to find staff soooo busy, either discussing Saturday night or the upcoming days off. Pharmacist! Rude and objectionable- refused to sell a product and worse, refused to offer anything to substitute! Leaving a customer in distress and having to go to hospital - only to be told she could have gotten the medication OTC! WORSE- NO ONE HIGHER THAN THE TIN GOD calling himself pharmacist! Disgusting service! Was made as embarrassing as possible! Have NEVER returned there!

   Very poor customer service by the guy at reception. Placed an order for specific medication. Was told come back in 2 days. Called so many times to see Prescription was ready. Came back after a week and was told no Prescription was ready. The guy behind the counter was rude did not apologise. Asked to speak to someone but can not help. Said they can't do anything. Made a complaint to Checkouts management. But very rude customer service, even the Pharmacist did not even come and explain. They just ignored me. Will never go back. Such a bad experience.

   Long queues, long waits, no seating to help or indication of how long you'll wait. If you need assistance, avoid this pharmacy. One of the poorest service orientated departments at this Tesco. Consistently huge queues, no-one at the counter for long periods of time, no seating for people who can't stand for the long duration of waiting experienced and no acknowledgement from staff that we even exist. Tesco, you either need to increase staffing, introduce tech to offer a self service option (within legal parameters) or offer a pick up service - in summary, please sort this very poor service out!

   Terrible service recently , rarely stocked and often unable to read hospital prescriptions and refusing to issue medications. Had to go to other places and they never had issue with this. Some new staff very unprofessional and quiet rude . I want be going there again .

   I've been using this pharmacy for a few years even during covid but lately it has gone awful. Terrible service. When speaking to the pharmacy manager to let them know this she does not let you get a word in. I will be going elsewhere

   Great staff, always polite and cheerful, the only issue i have is the lack of communiication between poeple, i have often been left 'Days' without medication due to staff simply not putting in repeats when there supposed to, this usually woudnt be much of a problem, but some of my medication is 'highly' addictable which means everytime they forget or simply dont put it in i often withdraw and become ill. This often occurs even if i ask them to do tihs days in advance.
