   Be aware. The staff at Herbert and Herbert are very helpful in person, but when I took a paper prescription from my dentist to their pharmacy, their system told my GP practice that I would be using them for my repeat prescriptions from now on. I did not authorise this and Herbert and Herbert accepted no responsibility for it. My Gp knew nothing of the paper prescription nor my dealings with Herbert and Herbert. Luckily my Gp pharmacy honoured my recent repeat prescription and reverted my prescriptions back to them.

   Front of house are not very friendly and seem un-experienced in customer service. When previously asked for advise, I felt they didn't try to help or ask the pharmacist.

   Herbert & Herbert are very good and provide my repeat prescriptions with considerable efficiency. I don't come into the Clapham branch very often but booked a COVID booster there this week. Queuing for the appointment was generally very well managed in this pharmacy, which relatively little space for a counter queue and a COVID booster queue. Thanks to everyone at Herbert & Herbert for looking after me over the years and running a great prescription delivery service.

   A lovely friendly pharmacy. It’s sells everything you want from your medication, to hairbrushes, shampoo, sawing kit, makeup to gifts and cards. Staff are friendly, who are always happy to help. They except cash and cards, but cards can be slow as they only have one phone line so you often have to wait. It’s not ideal for wheelchairs or pushchairs but I think you can get in and to the main counter but getting around the shop might be tricky. There’s plenty of free parallel parking right outside. I would highly recommend.

   After the most horrendous negligent experience of not being seen by a Doctor over a long period of trying to make an appointment at Priory medical practice Clapham encountering hostile, unhelpful receptionists along the way, not to mention an elusive ambivalent Doctor - I sought help at Herbert and Herbert chemist. I wish I’d gone months sooner. The pharmacist and the team are all exceptionally positive and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The pharmacist recommended two products for my health issues both of which worked brilliantly. Yes you can get prescriptions at Sainsbury’s Clapham but you won’t get the service or hands on willing experience of a team that genuinely wants to help you. Lots of great make up, beauty products and other useful items for sale in store too. Easy parking outside.

   I love this chemist. The pharmacist and staff are always very kind and helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and offers good advice when asked and will do her very best to obtain prescription items from her sources if she can. The items in stock in the shop are varied and good value. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
