   Only ever visit on a Sunday as it's the only Pharmacy open. Everytime I go it's such a joy to interact with the staff. Bearly a word spoken wait time of 30 minutes or more no matter if it's really busy. Sometimes they even have the medication in stock. Although my only one critique would be maybe check before you tell customer to wait 30 minutes.

   Will have to say after being treated very badly by my own gp, the doctor at tesco Cardington was a total star and helped me where the NHS and gp service failed me very badly.. sorry I didn't catch your name but to me you sir are a legend and I have the upmost respect for you. Thank you again.

   I recently had a very unpleasant experience while taking my daughter to purchase medication over the counter. When the dispenser asked if I wanted to speak with a pharmacist, I said yes, but her reaction—a smile that made me feel like I had asked something foolish—was unsettling. Worse, both the dispenser and the pharmacist were laughing and whispering in a way that made us feel extremely embarrassed. The pharmacist herself displayed a clear lack of knowledge in handling patients and providing proper service. She was unable to offer clear information and spoke to both my daughter and me in a manner that was far from courteous or professional.

   Very Poor Service. When I have visited on the last few occasions simple items such as surgical dressings were not sold. I was told Tesco's should have them. I understand space is limited but neither can supply certain items, you are better going to a proper Chemist straight away. Also, the people working there have been unfriendly/ rude lately which is even more unnecessary and upsetting.
