Absolutely shocking!! I arrived at 4:50pm after getting off work early due to a health concern I had developed over the weekend. The GP refused to see me or provide any assistance what so ever as she wouldn’t have time to tidy her things and leave on time at 5:30pm! Absolute laziness and lack of care for her job and the people she’s supposed to help is a joke. With 40mins to spare she was more concerned about leaving for the day than helping anyone.

Their opening times are advertised as all day Monday to Friday. They have no website that explains that they cannot distribute prescriptions between 1pm and 2pm. Over the last few months, the pharmacy has become better and I've had a few hiccups from the GP surgery which have caused a knock on to the pharmacy. They have handled these quickly and professionally. They've been helpful and really nice.

The pharmacist is CARELESS, DISMISSIVE, and DANGEROUSLY UNFIT to be dealing with vulnerable people. I’m not here to go on and on — I just need people to see this and really understand. My father has haemophilia, a condition that demands care, urgency, and basic human decency. What we experienced wasn’t just bad service — it was cold, harmful, and unforgettable. Shame on them.

Worst experience I have ever had from a pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would but the dispensing team are very polite, helpful and pleasant so I have given 1 star just for them. However I had the misfortune to need to speak to one of the Pharmacists there, who through my experience with him I can only describe him as an odious and unhelpful man. There was some ambiguity as to whether I was entitled to free prescriptions, the pharmacy were not clear at the time and neither was I so they advised me to pay for a prescription but was told by the pharmacist and lady dispensing the prescription that if I was entitled to free prescriptions, then to return with the receipt and proof of entitlement and I would receive a reimbursement. Turns out I am entitled to free prescriptions but when I returned to the pharmacy the pharmacist refused to reimburse me because I did not sign a blue slip when the prescription was dispensed (clearly not, because neither I nor the pharmacy staff at the time knew I was entitled), but I was told to keep my receipt and I would get a refund by the Peak Pharmacy staff! The Pharmacist did not try to help in any way and just said “no” and turned his back on me and walked away. This has left me in a position of no choice but to threaten legal action in the small claims court if Peak Pharmacy does not reimburse me! I am currently awaiting a response from the Peak Pharmacy superintendent office regarding my reimbursement. I hope that this can be resolved amicably but failure to respond to my complaint in the allotted time or reimburse me, will sadly mean that I have to spend my own money to start legal proceedings against Peak Pharmacy.

I went in to ask how to sort out a repeat prescription for my son's medication. This is something I'd not had to do before so was looking for some advice. The young lady at the counter was very polite but didn't know how to help me so she called the pharmacist. In front of a packed pharmacy, he proceeded to talk to me like a complete idiot, raising his voice and talking to me very slowly, followed by showing signs of irritation that I didn't know the answers to some of the questions he was asking. As a pharmacist, serving a community, I feel that if you don't like helping people, you are probably in the wrong job. I came away still confused as to what I needed to do and furious. I spoke to the doctors surgery today and the very kind and efficient receptionist was able to help me in a few minutes, with no trouble. I think the pharmacist needs to take some lessons from people who really care. We just do not need people like that supporting our community.
