This has got to be the worse pharmacy in Milton Keynes. Patient care is the last thing on there mind. They also have a stinking attitude when called up on there mistakes. The NHS need to take action and close this place down. Avoid at all cost.
I went to the pharmacy today and was very disappointed with the service. The lady at the right till — a young Black woman, probably in her 20s — was very rude and not welcoming at all. She didn’t seem approachable and made me feel uncomfortable asking questions. I hope the management can remind staff to treat customers with more respect and kindness. Everyone deserves to be treated politely, especially in a healthcare setting.
Went in to pick up a prescription medication i was told they didn't have it. I asked if they knew what the name of the medication was as the doctors handwriting was difficult to read. They said they didn't know what it said. But they didn't have it. Ok!
I recently had a bad experience at a pharmacy where three Black women were working. The receptionist was kind, but the two women handling prescriptions were very rude and disrespectful. They told me to come back in two hours, saying my prescription hadn’t arrived. I asked them to be honest and just say they didn’t want to do it right then instead of lying to me. They said they were too busy and couldn’t do it now. I explained that I couldn’t come back because I live far away and don’t have anyone else to pick it up. One of them even remembered that I said the same thing last time, which made me feel like my privacy wasn’t respected. The whole time, one of them looked at me with disgust, which made me very uncomfortable. I asked her not to be upset, but she said she wasn’t, even though her tone showed otherwise. One of them also told me to bring back a barcode for something. I didn’t understand what barcode she meant, so I asked her again. She made me feel like I didn’t understand English and seemed annoyed. Instead of explaining, she just told me to come back in two hours. It felt like she didn’t care enough to help, even though I’m a paying customer. When a white man came in, they treated him politely and respectfully, which made their behavior toward me feel racist. This whole experience really upset me. I felt disrespected, and my privacy wasn’t valued. Because of these two women’s behavior, I’ve decided to change my pharmacy. I won’t use their services again, even though the receptionist was very nice.
Takes long time to get your prescription missing items and shouted at as if it is our fault because they are short staff. I have been there for more then a year but it is the same old apart from the lovely ladies at the till. I work locally so wanted to collect from my local and even waiting for 5 days to get the prescription there is always something missing or not available.
The phone is never answered. I have tried time and time again with no luck, different times, different days. Often seems like it has been tookoff the hook or unplugged!
Excellent services. Always a pleasure dealing with the staff excellent customer service and always available to offer assistance.
Number engaged for an hour this evening when I tried to enquire why medicine had not been delivered.
If you want to be talked down to, shouted and sworn at, intimidated by the staff, dread collecting your medication, then this place has it all. Excluding the lovely lady working on till, this is a very hostile collection of women work here , id recommend the walk to another chemist if you dont like any of the things iv mentiomed as your guarenteed to have a bad experience here.
Closed all weekend. Shuts for lunch and opening hours according to the app are 9 to 1?
