The short lady on the till has an awful attitude towards customers. Definitely, she hates her job . Never seen her with positive attitude. Someone needs to speak to her . she doesn’t have any patience. Terrible! Apart from her rest of the pharmacist were lovely.
Awful service Tell you your prescription is there when you've had a msg from gp practice saying they have sent it to pharmacy Staff are rude and they always seem to be chatting to each other not doing there job.
Have to say have nothing but praise for this pharmacy, always helpful, and get the queues down quickly, havecto give a shout out to linda who served me yday, shes always helpful. Kind regards liz
The staff just couldn't give a damn about their customers. The woman before me, me, and the nurse after me were all treated with utter distain.
The shortest woman serving with medium length hair and glasses, obviously hates her job, she was so rude to customers I can understand it’s busy in there as queues were big! But her manner’s are terrible! She either needs a talking to or needs to quit!
Once again I phone prescription line order my meds and all wrong again. Hosp even phoned dr to confirm my meds and still got them wrong. Instead they’ve given me 4 bottles of iburofen instead of zomorph oral morph and doxycycline. How could you get that wrong, yet medical centre staff seem to. Now got the hassle of the dr ringing and going through it all again. Really
Staff have no organisation skills and No customer service skills! Older women behind the counter is so rude no hello no thank you no nothing and prescriptions are never ready when I collect my Mums medication or she collects it. Keep you waiting almost look like they have lost your medication and don’t even explain or say sorry for the wait. I’m so glad this isn’t my go to pharmacy. If you don’t want to work in a job that helps people maybe you should be working in a non face to face environment like the back counter or Argos.
Shocking service. Positive reviews must are suspect. Came here for advice on products for a painful infection last year, which eventually needed the doctor. Girl behind the counter was gormless and when she asked the lead pharmacist for suggestions the response was a resounding "NO". Zero help or advice. There are tens of over the counter medications for this particular condition but they acted like they didn't have it. Please do not risk your health or your family's health by visiting a place that employs uninterested medical staff. Where compassion is lacking competency usually follows.
