    Have had my lenses trial order messed up several times now. First optician was lovely and ordered me multiple pairs of lenses to try as I’ve had trouble in the past - I was very impressed Second optician would only give me one of the types ordered. Didn’t like them - at follow up they had lost my notes. New optician again said she would give me all the lenses to try. Except they had been lost. Said they would post them to my address. After a month and multiple phone calls I now have ten pairs in the lenses I’ve tried and didn’t like. Two boxes of one brand of lense (in a box with left and right written on but with the prescription for my right eye only), and (after ringing to say I needed the left eye for that brand), a box of lenses for my left eye in yet another brand. Cancelling my appointment and going elsewhere .
