   Boots in general used to be good. Opening hours states 08.30 open, 4 times within the last 2wks, they never open on time, due to waiting on more staff to turn up. If your due to start at 08.30 then you should be arriving by 08.15am, but this is never the case. Either find staff who want to work and turn up on time or close permanently, as their are elderly people who rely on boots etc to be open on time. coarse we

   Has Covid 19 returned? One in one out due to a shortage of staff. I saw 5 different employees. To one customer? So pleased I had to wait 30 mins. Boots closing down branches. Close this one as anything else would be better.

   Never open?!!! Terrible so called opening hours now. Watton has a very big elderly population yet for example Wednesday opening hours are 3pm-5pm on market day. What use is that?? If Boots can't be bothered to provide a proper service then leave and we will have another pharmacy back like before!

   Never a pharmacist there so you can collect your prescription. In future prescriptions will be supplied by Total Health Watton. Your fault you lost the business!

   Good range of products for a small space. The pharmacy side is always really busy unfortunately. You are mostly waiting around 20 mins and my partner always gets an owing slip. The staff are friendly and helpful.
