Very angry and aggressive male driver in the Droitwich area on the morning of 21st November. Please teach your drivers to be respectful on the roads and not so selfish and aggressive.
Always helpful and polite. Prices pretty average, but several items worthy of a special trip. Rarely have to go anywhere else for my pet products.

One of the worsed company ever I deal with Not able to sort out the payment correctly. Waiting to let the customer in the last minute that order has been cancelled. Lost a lot of customer because of the uncompetent and unprofessional service from the su-Bridge. Definitely is not recommended. Big marketing but empty promises and nothing behind it.
Had a very helpful discussion with Jo who clearly knows her products and energetically gets things done. Good to see enthusiasm in business
First, and last, time using this shop. Extremely rude staff; one waiting about doing nothing, didn't bother to offer service and muttered something under her breath and the other so engrossed at the computer, it took five minutes to even acknowledge me. Then tried to sell the product at more than the marked ticket price. When I notified her of the price error, no apology was offered. No wonder it was empty. Definitely will not be returning.
