    Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company and 2 people I brought a phone from here which had some marks on the screen and that's all they told me was wrong with it I had the phone for a couple of days which I found out the battery was in need of changing too I had to charge it 5 times in a day so I took it back under there warranty to which they said there nothing wrong with it I mean how would you know if you never tested the battery because that's what you told me to now refuse my services just because I Brought a phone back which is disgusting and I will be seeing what trading standards have to say about you selling then reselling dodgy items

    They didn't buy back my monitor after a month. Although when I bought it I was guaranteed that I would return it after a month.

    Absolutely disgusting services. I went to cash makers and handed over £260, in exchange for a TV,that had previously been put in there on buy back. I have a recipe IN MY NAME of £260 for 55" LG TV,but they didn't give me the TV. This money was donated to me after a house fire, I lost a lot of personal belongings and have no insurance. I am registered disabled, i have Heart failure, epileptic (due to brain damage coursed by a head injury) and im badly dyslexia. I get confused, dont understand things well, and need help daily especially managing money. Obviously after the fire I'm exceptionally vunrable at present. I was in tears in the shop as my money has been taken at such a stressful time! As far as I was aware I handed over my cash for payment of a TV, once I did this I was told the TV wasn't there and had been reported stolen. This has nothing to do with me, as I didn't put the TV in there in the first place. I was offered to pay the buyback charge on the TV from the person who had put the TV on buyback. As he was told about my house fire, and was trying to help me. Shame on you CASH MAKERS! PICTURE RECEIPT IN MY NAME. PAYMENT £260 IN COLUMN OF TV.
