   I left this pharmacy years ago as the service is the worst ever, not sure why I decided to book my flu jab with them again, I booked for 10.27am ,got in 5 min earlier, long and unorganised queue , got called in at 10.50, will never get near the Jardine branch again. In fairness to the staff, very polite and apologetic but it's not their fault.

   My nephew needed an ear drop and oral antibiotics prescription that was provided by an ENT doctor at MKUH last week Friday. I had to go to 5 different pharmacist including 2 Boots pharmacist to tell me that they didn’t have the ear drops in stock. When I got to Boots pharmacy at Westcroft and told me they didn’t have the ear drops in stock he advised me to try Jardines. I rang them at 17:46 to tell me they had it in stock but were closing shortly at 18:00. I quickly drove to Jardines and waited for the prescription to be dispensed. However, when the pharmacist looked at the prescription she noted that the oral antibiotics dose was prescribed wrongly for my nephew’s age. Thank you to Jardines for not only having the ear drops but for realising and acknowledging the wrong prescription for the antibiotics! None of the other pharmacists picked it up. Thank you Jardines for being so thorough and kind in your actions and service!

   I wouldn’t rate 1 star too. Appalling service. Time to change the pharmacy.Missed giving all the meds in the bag which I realised after going home which they refuse to accept. Very rude, told to mix the antibiotics with water as per the instructions.Looks like they are saving cost plus at home we dont have the right equipment to mix 82ml of water!

   You have to allow at least Four working days for them to get your prescription ready, so whatever happens don't run out. Don't understand that some medicines have to be slowly reduced and will be very harmful if just stopped. Queues are usually out into the street, if you have a choice nominate a different pharmacy.

   Most ridiculous pharmacy ever… staff are super rude and doesn’t want to help at all…. They don’t deserve to be licensed at all at this service level… never ever get your medications here…

   Under new ownership perhaps, not had to use them for over a year or so but using lots at the moment. Queues are large, not much in the way of organization, not a great experience really. Could be Xmas rush, but other reviews say the same.

   Poor Customer Service - Avoid at all costs. Also They tend to provide cheaper brands of the medicines in order to maximise profits.
