   This is the first time I have visited Peak Pharmacy at 13 Melrose Avenue, Bletchley, MK3 6PB. I have made an appointment for Shingles vaccination on 3 October 2025, 2pm I would appreciate the great services from the team of all lovely ladies there, especially the pharmacist, Andrea. She is extremely friendly, patient, professional, and helpful. She explained very clearly about the information of Shingles vaccine and side effects. She proves she is very professional , and I can't find anything to criticise at all

   I contacted this Pharmacy at 09:00hrs this morning, to explain that my husband had a bad night suffering with earache last night. I asked if the Pharmacist would be able to check his ear . The lady who i was speaking to on the phone , went to ask the Pharmacist and returned to my call saying that they would. My husband attended , after waiting in a queue, was then told that they would only see children !. What a complete waste of time .

   If I could give zero stars I would have. Absolutely shocking service from this pharmacy. On at least 4 occasions over the past 12 months they've failed my partner. He requires life saving medication every day, if he doesn't get his medication there is a serious danger to his health with consequences being potential death. They don't answer their phone (witnessed in store one older woman say "just ignore it") so you can't call to find out anything, you have to make your way over there- which isn't ideal in a house full of disabled people. They don't communicate with patients about delays or missing items. The older woman who works there is always rude. There have been times I've tried to ask for information regarding a prescription I am told "not our problem" or "the pharmacist is too busy to advise you".

   Would give this pharmacy no stars. Waited 20 minutes to get served. Only to be told it would another 20 to 30 minutes before it would be ready. This pharmacy has gone downhill rapidly. Very slow service and long waits to get your prescription made up.

   Most of the staff are fine but the older lady with short white hair has been so rude to me on several occasions to the point I now have anxiety about going in there. I don't know why she is doing that job it doesn't suit her. Edit, I think she may have left and and another lady with white hair works there now, she's been polite when I have needed to speak to her.

   Very slow and poor service especially by the woman with short white hair. Many people are dissatisfied with her and I don’t know why she is in this workplace! It is rough, every time and we repeat several times what she can’t understand. He brings us back whenever we go for our recipes.

   Im very new to the area and new to the surrounding shops. I’ve been into this pharmacy 3 times and each time I’ve had the same lady (with short white hair in her 60s) serve me. I found her rude and very sarcastic!!! When I spoke of this to other people I was shocked to hear other people had the same experience. I’ll make sure I never return. I will personally write to the company so this gets looked into. I do want to state that the other members of staff are very helpful though, it’s a shame one person can set a bad atmosphere.

   After reading alot of negative comments about the ' elderly lady" at the front desk I would like to say that I always find her very helpful and polite. Always cheerful and asks after my mother who is now in a care home . Never had a bad experience and enjoy my trips to the this little convenient chemist

   As others have said the older lady, at the counter is so rude and disrespectful. Every time I go in there I get spoken to like a piece of s***. Very blunt and rude. Everyone else who works there I've had great experiences with just not her.
