There’s an incredibly rude and aggressive little woman who works there. She’s totally unfit to be in a public facing role. The other staff and person in charge obviously witness this sort of behaviour and must be ok with it.
This has to be the worst pharmacy I have been inside in my entire life. This includes pharmacies in third world countries. Often times you will come in to find a queue extending out of the door and every waiting seat occupied. This isnt because they are busy but because of operational inefficiency. They usually have about 4-5 members of staff behind the counter and things just do not get done. The staff look like they dont want to be there. They dont even talk to each other, which probably explains all the issues. I have gotten medication from this place 4 times and two of the times (when waiting around 30 minutes) I have witnessed staff handing over the wrong prescription. Luckily the patients noticed this, otherwise they would have taken someone elses potentially controlled drugs. The service is actually so bad that I have already complained to Peak Pharmacy directly, which they did not respond to. Im not sure if these pharmacies are directly owned or franchised, but whoever is in charge of this place and collecting the income should be deeply embarrased. I dont think it is a case of ignorance, because if it were my business (or any respectable persons) theres no way it would be run like this. The person in charge of this place needs to take action because they are only a few steps away from serious legal consequences if they continue this dangerous behaviour.
RUDE RUDE RUDE - AVOID THIS PLACE Staff are very rude - especially the tiny little old Asian lady. Seems as though she doesn't want to be there. Very rude and agressive in her approach to communicate with the public. Creates a very negative and unpleasant first impression for customers entering the store. Send her to customer service training. Delays in receiving prescriptions, and items seem to be out of stock quite often. Waste of time this pharmacy!
Have just gone in this pharmacy to buy tablets for headaches was provided wrong tablets after asking several times are these for headaches? Went back in to see if I could get my money back which I can’t as I said they would get in trouble as it is behind the counter when you buy tablets, you can’t get your money back so okay fair enough that’s fine however the attitude from the main pharmacist and the cashier is very rude tell my me that I did not ask for them I said ok fair however then told me that I should of double checked before I paid but the cashier keeps hold of the product until you have paid for the item so how can you check when a cashier is holding it? Also, I went well you’re not gonna give the money back. You’re not taking the advice of this. Ask you to doublecheck when a customer asked for something then they both lied about what I said. I meant okay well it’s pointless arguing about it okay? Well goodbye get out was told I have lived on this estate since a kid This pharmacy has gone downhill since Anthony has left it. That’s my opinion and I am entitled to it. I thought the customer was always right.
Quick service, friendly and helpful staff. It does get busy could do with a bigger place in my opinion
I really need my prescription which takes 2 days to process from drs then 2 days to process at chemist only to be told when i go in to collect that they need to order it in, & haven't done anything with it. I have cancer and need the nutrition shakes to keep me alive. They are useless by offering me my prescription back and can't tell me where else I can get script that has it in stock. As to order it in would be another 2 working days
With the exception of one or two staff are blatantly rude and unhelpful. System is chaotic and meds never ready even on return trips. Wait up to 30min even if no other customers. Yesterday was sent back with my script on a second visit only for me to find someone else's medical note ( script back) in the bag Hard pressed to find a worse pharmacy in Mk
Went to pick up prescription at 4pm today and they are closed.
Never had a problem with this pharmacy or it’s staff. Very well organised.
