Absolutely terrible. Staff have no idea of their own system. Many times I've been told my prescription isn't their only to call the GP to discover it was at the pharmacy all along. Once is an oversight but thus has happened multiple times to my mental health medication leaving me stressed and triggered for Absolutely no reason. Have now changed pharmacy

Booked flu vac online, arrived as woman in front of me told no flu vaccines had been delivered for over a week (I only booked my appointment 2 days before). I get these things happen but they collect your phone number and email address when you book online, so they could have let me (and the woman in front) know rather than wait for us to arrive. Whilst the staff were pleasant, it's not great customer service.

Lacking basic customer service skills, had booked a flu jab, went in and said I was there for the jab. Was just told "We can't do it.............(long pause while I waited) .......The NHS did not send stock", not even sorry, no alternative solutions offered . Will go out of my way NOT to use this Pharmacy in the future, they deserve no custom. Generally have 10x better service at McDonalds than here.

I was referred here by the NHS 111 service for an emergency prescription, but the experience was far from professional. The staff member I dealt with spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, showing little courtesy. There were also serious concerns around confidentiality — my personal details were discussed loudly across the room, and I was asked to call out my NHS number in front of other customers. The staff member insisted I paid the charge despite having a valid prepayment certificate (just not with me at the time). This is contrary to NHS advice. Although the payment was later refunded with an apology, staff denied having said that a refund would only be possible if I changed my nominated pharmacy — something that had been inferred at the time. In addition, the same staff member "strongly advised" me not to use my usual pharmacy, despite having no issues there in over three years. Patients are entitled to choose their own provider, and such comments are inappropriate and undermine patient choice. Overall, this visit raised serious concerns about professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for patient rights.

No problem at all. Very friendly reception, very helpful and understanding. Very pleased with the whole service. The NHS is under lots of pressure, but to still have the service is amazing.

Just moved in to the area and found the staff to be helpful and efficient. Actually had my eye drops in stock which was a nice surprise compared to Oxfordshire where I’d moved from. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs. The pharmacist is rude and is not discreet at all when you try and talk to her. She shouts over her counter to you.she also speaks to the rest of her team like dirt. Have now changed my pharmacy to a friendly and welcoming one. If I could give it a zero I would.

Very poor service. Often don't have whole prescription in stock so have to go back two or three times to get it in dribs and drabs. Over 1 hour wait for a small box of pills even though there's hardly anyone in the place. They can never find the prescriptions in the system and we have to insist to keep looking. Avoid if possible.

If only we could give it zero stars. Constantly having issues with this pharmacy. The repeat prescription service says allow 3 working days. I came in after 4 and was told it takes the doctors 2 days to process and send to them and then a further 3-4 days for the pharmacy to process. So over a week for a prescription!!! The customer service is shocking to say the least, zero interpersonal skills. I use the pharmacy for the convenience but honesty, I’d rather travel for a better service.
