I visited the chemist today for my flu jab I was seen by Gilly so very helpful and calm Very understanding when I was telling her about my dad who is palletive care . Needing his covid jab She was a credit to the store thanks Gilly
I changed my chemist from Shenley church end to here and this was definitely one of the best decisions. The staff are very efficient and so friendly when they say your prescription will be ready to collect at a certain time it is. Thank you to all the staff
This pharmacy has never messed up my prescriptions. They are soo welcoming and always make me feel at ease when I'm there. Special mention to Natalie and Lisa- very lovely ladies!
The most terrible pharmacy in existence. I was seen at the surgery and needed some antibiotics, i asked this to be sent to hilltops as i was already there. I give my information and am then told that they do not hold this prescription in stock and advised to go to another pharmacy. I then go to Shenley pharmacy to be told this prescription is locked to Hilltops and to call them to unlock it. After managing to get through to the receptionist at the Surgery, as no answered the pharmacy line, i was told that my prescription was ready and waiting for me! On my return to Hilltops, I was told to take a seat and it be with me soon. 20 minutes later (after being told this was ready and waiting) i asked if it was ready as no one had bothered to call anyones name. I was told oh the pharmacy was backed up (but was told it was ready!) overall definitely would not recommend as it took over an hour to get a prescription that could have been issued within 10 if i was lied to and told it was not available I would suggest that they train their staff more efficiently - ie the people not wearing black uniform as these others dont seem to have a clue
This chemist is very convenient when you are visiting the Great Holm (Hilltops) surgery. Open until 6.30pm Mon - Friday. Recently the displays have improved, as the prices of items are now displayed on the shelves. Unfortunately it's closed all weekend and its website is no longer available. Step entrance from the car park or ramp on the other side. Also accessible directly from inside the medical centre.
Zero for customer service ! I rang to check the progress of my prescription which I normally have delivered , it seemed overdue, and I was told that it was ready but the van had broken down and would not be fixed for at least another week ! IIt would need collecting. I said it would have been nice to know that. " We have over 150 customers who require delivery. It is not possible to notify each one" ! When I eventually got a lift there.-it could not be readily found ! Thankfully my conditions are not life threatening but it would have been all the same if they were. I am pretty sure that the van in question is not the only vehicle capable of doing the job. Most businesses would have hired another till that was fixed. Bye Bye Hilltops RW RW .
prescriptions take over a week to be delivered sometimes go missing.Staff just say will look into it and you dont here from them again. If you need your medication dont use them my last order was on the 11th 19th and still waiting.Part of order was delivered on the 15th so not the doctors fault like they always try to make out
Great pharmacy. The staff in particular are very polite and helpful. Medication is always in stock and they never get anything wrong. In very rare circumstances where a medicine is unavailable, they will order it for you and will be ready for collection next day. You will not find a better pharmacy in MK.
Great location just next to medical centre, not long waiting at most times. I've given 5 stars but do have a suggestion - If they can develop a way of notifying when they get the prescription from Medical Centre and are able to fulfil it.
Great pharmacy. It has been attached to the surgery for at least 35 years even when it was in Two Mile Ash. The staff, although they have changed over the years, have been fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful. I can't fault them myself. Over the years my medical needs have become more complex but if I have a question they will always give me an answer that the layman can understand. Fantastic group of people.
