Very poor service ! My tablets should be put in the outside machine which hasn't happened in the last 3 month's. After 5 days l have to phone to see if they are ready so I can collect them.
It takes forever to get through on the phone (if they answer at all) and I've had to chase for 5 months on the run now for my prescription. They have it but never send the text to say it's in th dispensing machine. When I asked why, all I got is a "I don't know" in response. I'm now changing to another chemist as it's just dire
Wow, at this ‘chemist’ you will not be acknowledged, no simple ‘I know your waiting’ no ‘hello’, staff are literally stood infront of you AT THE TILL and walking around (it’s tiny) without acknowledging your existence then when your medication isn’t in when they have the decency to realise your there… they say I should of phoned ahead, but I phoned 6 times for no one answe… make that make sense. Maybe they’re always just having a bad day but they thats not their customers problem.
Very good busy pharmacy, staff are always friendly and welcoming, have been able to call before collecting prescription to mitigate wait times, generally have things in stock, if not usually next day.
My list 2 visits have stood out, unfortunately not for their service. Why do they not get prescriptions ready when they receive them? A month ago I had to wait 25 minutes for a prescription that was sent to them by my GP, and then today another 20 minutes. I did not go on the day the pharmacy was due to receive the prescription, as I wanted to give them time to prepare. There were only 2 people already waiting today, so it's not as if they are busy (especially as they no longer seem to prepare them when received). Also, why did I have to sign the form today for controlled medications, when I haven't had to for months? Poor service. It's definitely fine down hill in the last few months.

My wife and I have recently agreed to have our repeat prescriptions delivered by you. We chose you after reading the positive reviews on your website. We had been getting our tablets delivered by a local pharmacy but were unhappy with the service we were receiving; it often took four days or more, after ordering on line, before our tablets were delivered. Whereas our recent prescriptions were delivered by you within 24hours! Keep up the good work ☺️.
