   The waiting times for prescriptions are bit odd. You could be waiting between a 5 mins to 1 hour. And you have to ask a member of staff about your prescription or else you will be waiting otherwise. The staff there are friendly fir those I encountered so far. Lloyd's Pharmacy is under new management to Jardines Pharmacy so, delivery doesn't happen. So if you live in Greens Borton or Pattishall area, start looking elsewhere for delivery's. My mum and stepdad; they encountered not having the right amount of prescription the doctors prescribed or their prescription isn't ready yet. I think it is scary that there are people who are messing around people's lives by not doing a good job with prescriptions. So in fairness: I think it is best to go to a different Pharmacy.

   By far the worst chemist I’ve ever had to deal with. The branch manager is also rude and gives false information. For more than several weeks I’ve tried getting a medication I need but have been told that there was a shortage which, after researching found this to be false information as all other local chemists have advise they can get it next day if they don’t have it in stock. When I called the branch manger out she told me they’re still getting used to the change over of ownership and systems. I’ll be changing where I collect my prescriptions from as this chemist is useless, don’t have medications and half the time close early. Not to mention the rude branch manger!!

   This is by far the worst chemist I have ever had the misfortune to use. They won’t care about this review because they don’t read them! Always over an hour wait, why don’t you bag up the prescriptions when they come in. I’m here on Christmas Eve when they said they were open but they just decided to not be. 8 people waiting , no sign, no message on phone, just google saying they are open. Never use this pharmacy if you can avoid it, awful, awful, awful!!! Head office should be ashamed! Boots or an independent would never behave like this!

   Placed a medication request on the 15th Dec using the online portal. Went to collect on the 22nd Dec . 7 days later as per instructions only to be told it wasn't ready and wouldn't be done as they were closing shortly. But you can go in and get your prescription in 15 mins so why was 7 days not enough time to prepare this. Not impressed.....

   I have never come across such a team who have so little car for their job. They are willing for people to be at a health risk. Regularly don’t turn up to work, will leave you waiting for 30 - 40 minutes and even after that time they won’t provide the correct items. Unfortunately it’s 1 of 2 pharmacies nearby so I have had to use them many times and each times it’s the same. They know it’s a problem but aren’t willing to improve it. I’ve been there previously when people have complained and they’ve laughed in their face. I would avoid at all costs!

   Flu jab appointment canceled twice in a row and I had to book 3 weeks out both times. I called to see what the issue was and apparently their pharmacist went back to Uni so they have no one to administer the jabs. This should be communicated to people booking online so they don't waste their time! I have now gone to Boots instead.

   Tried to find out on web if open, found nothing. Walked there with one bad knee and one new knee recovering from surgery. Notice saying "Closed No Pharmacist" Wasted over an hour and hurt both knees. I understand the problem, but their website said Open, which is a lie. If they are closed it should be possible to find out before wasting time and effort

   Quite frankly the worst pharmacy I've ever been in. I went in multiple times to pick up a prescription for something I needed treating quickly to avoid further complications and was told each time that the person to authorise it wasn't in. Ended up doing an online prescription and picking it up elsewhere. How this place is still open I do not know. While patients are waiting and the pharmacist is happily enjoying their hour long lunch break behind a door next to the waiting room - clearly no care for the people waiting. Simply terrible.
