   I have had a lovely experience the few times I have been in for a b12 injection and when speaking to members of the team over the phone. The pharmacist who gave the injection is lovely, takes the time to explain things making it a stress free painless process in a quiet side room. I am so grateful the team offer this service as I am ever so slightly above the NHS threshold for b12 injections and it has had a positive impact on my quality of life being able to still access them! I will be back for my top up in another month :)

   Always very quick and efficient at getting my and my families prescriptions ready. I was prescribed some tablets by a nurse who hadn’t instructed me how to take my new tablets but the pharmacist was very helpful when I mentioned this to her and she made sure I was properly informed on when to take them.
