Needed an urgent scrip for Asthma.Went to one Pharmacy-completely unhelpful Went on to Lowick, they were very busy, overworked really - but when my turn came, they were friendly, helpful and amazingly had everything I needed for a life- threatening episode 5 stars
Lovely Pharmacy but opening hours are awful unless you are retired or home all day. Opening until 8pm one night a week would make a huge difference.

Certain members of staff just rude Prescription rarely ready on time Online perception say 3 working days paper prescription say 5 days I gave at least 7 went to collect nothing but rude manners from staff
I can't fault lowick, I've been using them for about 6 years and nothing has ever been too much. The staff are just brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't use anywhere else unless I absolutely needed to.
