This pharmacy is hands down one the WORST i have come across! Service is terrible and you will almost always have to wait (sometimes near 40mins ,even if your script had been there for a week). They constantly chat amongst themselves and ignore the customers, get orders wrong, have a terrible attitude and are an incredibly unprofessional team, personally i would retrain every single one of them or better yet fire them and get some well trained individuals in. Awful, Just awful - AVOID.

This place has been redesigned as a place that mostly dispenses prescriptions. However, the system that they use is ridiculous and results in confusion for waiting customers who don't know which queue they should be in and waiting times to receive their prescriptions of up to 40 mins

Terrible pharmacy. Always takes ages to get your prescription, and I have been given the wrong medication on occasion. Staff are so rude and ignorant and always make you feel like a burden particularly if you happen to turn up just before there lunch break (they close for an hour which is ridiculous). Always here the staff slagging customers off. So unprofessional.

I was advised to visit this pharmacy due to severe throat pain and swelling. I made it very clear that I am rarely ill and it took a lot for me to even seek help. Despite explaining how much pain I was in, the pharmacist did not examine my throat at all—she didn’t even look in my mouth. She immediately said, “You’ve got tonsillitis.” This was shocking, because I don’t even have tonsils. If she had taken two seconds to actually look, she would have known that. I even asked her to check my throat, as I had large white ulcers and bright red sores, but she refused and simply told me, “If your throat closes up, go to hospital.” This level of care is unacceptable. I felt dismissed, ignored, and completely let down. I will not be returning to this pharmacy and I am very disappointed with the unprofessional and careless service I received.

My husband has just messaged me to say there are 15 people waiting for prescriptions at the moment. This is a regular thing at this chemist as prescriptions are never ready to collect even if they have been there for days!! The staff are always too busy chatting amongst themselves and there is never more than 1 person serving no matter how many people are waiting. This pharmacy really needs all staff replacing and a manager that cares enough to turn it around. Other estate chemists manage to provide a good service This one let's Furzton down!!

Got the prescription I wanted (an e-prescription as well) with no hassle. Pharmacist was nice (Neha) so all in all very happy with the service

Got my prescription wrong and refused to acknowledge their mistake instead apologising. Not the right attitude for a chemist. They really need to get prescriptions right for obvious reasons.

Rude and unhelpful. The pharmacist, couldn't even be bothered to look up and talk to me, whilst refusing to assist in any way.

Do not use this chemist. Numerous issues such as: Qualified chemist doesn't turn up so no prescriptions issued. They only download scripts from the doctors 2 or 3 times a day, so something issued in the morning will be excused with "it only can't over last night" Even if you get something issued a week earlier, you will probably still need to wait for it to be done when collecting, so prepare for a 30 minute wait. They moan if you dare to expect a script which was issued in the last 48 hours, somehow forgetting that the doctors messes up and they themselves don't download scripts often enough. There really is no excuse for all this. I have personally watched the staff take literally 15 minutes to take a box off the shelf and such a label on it. I've also seen them take 10 minutes to find a script that had actually already been made and bagged.

Love this chemist and most of all, the staff. The head pharmacist is an absolute gem, always willing to advise or go that extra mile and even pop off and talk to a doctor in the surgery next door for help for me. You couldn't ask for a better service, they are all gold star!
