   It seems that double-yellow lines do not apply to the Tesco HGVs waiting to enter this store. Most week days there are traffic jams in Daventry caused by trucks waiting to make deliveries to this store. The resulting backlogs and diesel fumes cause a significant pollution and safety issue for the town.

   What is happening to Daventry store. Two tills open and queues are awful, on Saturday afternoon. No I do not want to use a express till. Daventry get things sorted out. New aldi opens soon customers will go else where. This was wrote while standing in queue

   I was just at Tesco Mobile in Daventry and wanted to speak to a member of staff about my Tesco Mobile contract and discuss a change of offer, but this man with greasy hair sat there like a king on his throne. He was rude, unprofessional, and didn't even want to talk. He told me to check everything on the app. If I didn't need the help of a member of staff, I wouldn't have come to the Daventry branch with my request. Please, Tesco Mobile manager in Daventry, take action against this rude old man who works at Tesco Mobile in Daventry. Lawsuit filed on November 2, 2025, at 11:50 AM.

   Just been accused of theft by the security guard me insisted on seeing a receipt (that you don't always get from the self checkout) and then rifled through my shipping checking that only had what I played for. NO apologies of wasting my time !!!. Apparently a white 40 something shipping on my own is a big theft risk. What a wast of time for £40 of shopping.

   Thanks so much to the Tesco phone shop. The young man at 10am yesterday Tuesday 22nd July, helped me resolve the problem with my phone (was purchased at Tesco), efficiency, with courtesy and understanding, what a knowledgeable young man.

   Quite busy but can move around until you reach the 2 checkouts that are open. Then there are queues. A lot of self checkouts working but hardly anyone using them as older people prefer to see a human face.

   received a £70 parking fine for a free tesco car park in Daventry on a Sunday night. Signs are not well lit and there is no pay and display so no real loss to the company. I use Tescos often and will look to shop elsewhere. Absolute thieves.

   The customer service staff are so rude. OK we had a lot of winning scratchcards for her to go through (grandparents had saved them up) but the attitude and moaning wasn't necessary. We were the only people at the desk so weren't holding anyone up and all we got were comments on too many cards, not enough money in the till (2 tills and plenty of cash in them), next time don't bring so many, . It took her less than 5 minutes and she moaned the whole time. A bit more service training required I think. My daughter was so embarrassed by her comments. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

   Very busy on Saturday. Due to growing number of residents this store becomes too small. If you are able to, I recommend doing your shopping very early morning.

   My local supermarket been visiting for 18 months at least 3 times a week. Recently the customer service has been disappointing.... a small group of staff are rude unwelcoming and definitely not suited to a role working with the public. Don't want to knock the lovely hard working staff, but this group make your visits to store a chore.
