   Restocking staff were very friendly & helpful & store had a everything on my shopping list. Unfortunately the older female on the tills was the most unfriendly, rude, caustic bully for no other reason than it would appear I dared to chose not to use the self service till (for several valid reasons). A horrible experience due to this one horrible individual.

   Disappointed with this store, it is my local and normally never have an issue, expect last night, 07/05/2025. got there and store was shut 5 minutes before the advertised closing time, I get closing a minute before close to stop customers from staying beyond 11pm but closing 5 minutes is ridiculous, I knew what I needed and would have only been 3 minutes as I know the staff would like to go home. But why advertise a closing time then close early its not even the first time I have known this to happen the manager should look at their team and sort this going forward.

   Pretty good but there's CONSTANTLY items in the wrong place so you really do have to check the tickets to see if the price is correct for that item.

   This is for the lady that answered the phone regarding my stepdad losing his car key today at 6:30. 29/07/22 I have never dealt with a such a rude and disrespectful employee!! You should lose your job for how you dealt with this. So out of order. As for the manager I suggest you start hiring better employees!

   Very worried about the staff working behind the till this morning. Thay both where described covid simptoms to each other that they are experiencing righ now, one of the comments made was "" how can we get eney thing when we have to use all this " ponting at a box of gloves,. Both staff had No PPE on. Please help to protect your customers and go get a test for covid

   Cash machine outside wasn't working and the staff were rude and unhelpful about it. Surprised that, after the cash machine wasn't working, I wanted cashback. Surprised when the system prevented them doing more than £50, then rude when I asked to split my shop in half to do two cashbacks. Fix your cash point and start being polite for 5 stars!

   Staff are rude! Sarcastic passive aggressive ladies, particularly a lady with short straight hair and glasses- even with a simple quire about meal deals while checking out and she was sarcastic and rude from a simple mistake after all the fuss she loudly announces that I had saved 90p sarcastically as if I had made a fuss for only such a small amount of money! Ridiculous and I cannot believe someone would work with in a place with that attitude, it was just not needed- I will not be returning again.
