Very welcoming staff and very good for a quick visit if you have forgotten something. However, due to size, it can sometimes be hard to find what you are looking for as they have limited stock opportunities.
What makes this little, and it is a little storre great is the staff. All ages, both sexes and all absolutely amazing.
I was in your store on Friday and witnessed Katrina? A staff member and your young male blonde team leader both off shift come in and start having an argument with another staff member Chloe ? She told them let’s not do this now as I’m busy working and Katrina? Was having none of it This is extremely unprofessional and as a small shop and later at night you could hear a lot , this isn’t the first time we have experienced this staff member being aggressive and rude she was swearing and yelling at a customer a few months back also. Not impressed and felt sad for the staff member and customer she was rude and nasty too.
Absolutely lovely staff that are very disability friendly
This Tesco is ok. But it’s awkward when you are cycling to the Tesco because there not safe place to put your bike. There need to be a bike holders.
Staff are always helpful and cheerful. It's a busy shop so does not always have everything you may need..but it is very convenient. Their flowers are usually very good too!!
My local shop use it most days ,the staff are all great the fresh goods always good quality and their flowers are long lasting and reasonably priced , very diligent with expiration dates and often bargains in short expiration dates
Can't really be a true review as I only went there to collect a click and collect. However the system screwed up as although I selected a store closer to where I live now it defaulted to an old address on the profile resulting in a 80 mile round trip to collect it. Come on guys get your act sorted out.
