   I've moved to this GP from my previous one. I'm on strong antidepressants - I've made sure to order the prescription early as it was my first one and wanted to get it right. 24th September - prescription was done and sent to my chemist. Chemist can't find it. Reached out to Brooks again - reassured me prescription is done. Went on Saturday to collect my medication, prescription not on the system! So whoever the prescription was done for - it wasn't me. It's 6th October today, I called this morning, they said it will be done, I asked for confirmation. Haven't heard back. I took my last dose of medication today, and if I don't manage to have my meds by tomorrow morning, I will get extremely ill. Very unprofessional and disappointing service from this surgery.

   I have always found Brook Health to be outstanding in terms of the reception team and fantastic medical care. I had to register again, due to being away for quite a while.Tina on reception was amazing, got everything sorted and was so helpful. This surgery is quite simply the best!

   I have been really impressed and grateful to have had such good experiences with the brook health centre with reception staff, nurses and Doctors. I have spoken to Lisa from reception on a few occasions and found her to be very friendly and helpful on the phone so much so that I feel she goes out of her way to try to help you and has a lovely way about her on the phone. I have also felt very looked after by the friendly and professional Nurses and Doctors at the practice and that make me feel very grateful and I feel lucky to feel that my health is always looked after by my practice. I have been at this practice a year now and I am soo glad I registered here. Thank you to all the staff at brook health centre.

   I’ve not been to the Doctors for years so I was a bit anxious when I needed to book an appointment. It did take a while to get through first thing, but the receptionist was very polite and my telephone appointment with the nurse was really helpful. I had a blood test taken by Tracey and I usually dread this because I’ve been known to faint in the past. I genuinely enjoyed myself!! Tracey was amazing and my follow up appointment with Dr Turner was great. I found everyone I dealt with to be very respectful and helpful. You all do a great job despite the obvious challenges of being very busy! Thank you so much.

   Worst doctors I’ve ever been to. Some of us work and can’t wait for phone calls due to the nature of our jobs. Told a phone call could be between now and 1pm. I’ve already seen three different doctors and had antibiotics but everything has flared up again so really need to see a doctor. But no, receptionist isn’t allowed to book me in. So why waste a phone call that someone else could have and just book me an appointment. I will be changing doctors we’ve only been with them since April but after my daughter’s prescription was sent to Bicester and my husband’s keeps getting lost, enough is enough. Get some lessons from Islip surgery they get it right.
