Jardines were able to fill a private prescription whereas Tesco pharmacy failed miserably. Not only were Jardines far more knowledgable but their lovely pharmacist saved me over £150 by substituting one of my items for a branded (like for like) medicine. They are always so welcoming.

Popped in to buy some aspirin, member of staff said hello and acknowledged I was there as she carried a box to the rear, 4 members of staff were busy sorting out prescriptions. After waiting several minutes I left without buying anything as I was totally ignored! Will never go back !!!!

I would like to say how helpful the pharmacist has been today going the extra mile trying to sort out a prescription for my friend. From speaking on the phone, ringing me back and then in person, he was respectful, patient and very caring in sorting out a difficult situation.
Just ignore what the others have said. As a pharmacy they have a licence to uphold and selling something that could endanger a customer would put their head on the block. People can lie all they want, if the staff have asked the necessary questions then it's the customer putting their own life at risk not the pharmacy. And as for the comment on a pharmacist not being there, all I can say is they are legally entitled to a break. You can either come back or go somewhere else, it's not difficult...
