   New broom has swept clean, wonderfully cheerful attentive staff, even remember my name now making the transaction personal and friendly. My prescriptions are always ready and waiting . I never wait more than five minutes, and haven’t been told they don’t have something in stock anymore. All I can say is I appreciate you!

   No problems from me. Attentive and fast, I've not yet experienced what everyone else is complaining about. However being shut on the weekend and apparently closing at lunch times might become a pain.

   Yet another time I'm stood outside in the cold with a baby as they are still closed 20 minutes after their supposed opening time. I don't think I have ever been there where they opened on time

   Awful service. They snatch prescription out of your hand and expect you to read their mind whilst you wait for up to 20 minutes sometimes to be told its not in stock.

   Sadly the friendly staff are working in chaos. Over several months, despite giving more than 7 day's notice, prescriptions are rarely ready. Other customers are queuing and then asked to came back another day - to join another queue. Now we are told they are 2 weeks behind with prescriptions ! On-line in future but not with this company.

   Used to be good but now slow, and getting slower. Excuses, surly, and rude. I order my prescriptions eight working days in advance and still they're not picked and I often have to come back for medicines not ordered in time. Just not good enough.
