What a lovely place. I dj'd here at the weekend. staff were fantastic. very polite and helpful and helped me with anything needed. batman kept checking I was OK as it was a warm evening. The front bar and back function room both have air conditioning which so many other working clubs don't have and in these hot days they are a god send. especially when you want people up dancing. I can't thank the staff enough for the kindness they gave me. would 100% recommend from an entertainers point if view. As well as someone looking for a function room as well for a birthday or other occasion.

Used to be okay. Current committee can't serve their purpose. My child found cocaine in this club which had been left in the base of a fruit machine. Obviously, not the committees fault, but when approaching a member of the committee, he said 'what do you want me to do about it?' no apology at all. Went through proper complaints policy, letter, presented at next meeting, we are on week 5 of no response right now, all we asked for was an apology for the initial 'what do you want me to do?' and recognition of how serious an issue it is- my child could have died. No longer safe for kids at all, which is a shame. Committee know cocaine has been an issue, do nothing about it and turn a blind eye; will never enter this establishment again.

Lovely WMC. Really big inside. Snooker tables, stage, TVs and games room etc. Well worth a visit. The staff are friendly too

The reason for my visit was a sad one, because it was for a wake. The funeral itself attracted around 600 people, and at least 400-450 people (minimum) attended the wake. The staff performed brilliantly under the pressure of a sudden influx of a lot of people, and they kept up with a decent quality of service throughout.

This venue is a very friendly Working men's club with lots of facilities available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The club is very family friendly and the prices are very reasonable. It has a ramp going into the main entrance to the venue and plenty of facilities for people who have walking difficulties. The one thing that I feel lets the place down a little is the fact that it doesn't have any parking facilities and trying to find an empty parking on the main road can be a bit of a challenge at times.

Decent venue for many events including parties, after parties, celebrations etc etc.In a good location and easy access, parking off road via streets nearby. Drinks reasonably for a working man’s social club and just a good place to meet up in general.
