   I have been to see Olly for a daith, conch and high lobe piercing along with jewellery changes. Olly is non judgmental when it comes to piercings and checking piercings and makes you feel comfortable. He gives good aftercare advise and is helpful with matching jewellery.    Cannot believe how little pain it was to have my rook repierced. Complete contrast to the first time round with another piercer. Have used olly before for jewellery changes, and my partner thoroughly recommended him for piercing. Olly has an aura that just puts you at ease instantly, I didn't feel as anxious as I was anticipating. Cannot recommend enough. Will be back and will be recommending to anyone looking to be pierced.    Olly did an amazing job of mine and my husband's piercings today. He helped us to choose our jewellery without any pressure to buy the more expensive products, was patient and talked us though the piercing process, and inflicted remarkably little pain! My husband has never been pierced before and he's already planning on going back.

   I have always struggled with getting my ears pierced since I was 8. I've had them done a few times in the past but they would always be sore and lump and I would end up closing them up. I was recommended to go to Olly. I visited Olly for a consultation to see what he thought about my history with piercings. He was great! He checked my ears and we discussed what the past issues were and found that they were things that could have been resolved with the right help. I booked in with Olly to get my lobes pierced. There were a few issues that cropped up, but by visiting Olly in the shop he was able to suggest what the cause was and how to manage it. Following his advice my ears have finally healed! I'm so happy! I also went back to get my Helix done. I would definitely recommend Olly to anyone who had issues with piercings in the past. He is very knowledgeable about the health and hygiene of piercings!

   I had a couple of piercings done by Olly recently and was really blown away by the professionalism of the service. I was reccomended Olly by a friend as I have had a fair few piercings but never have found the right person with the correct knowledge and professionalism. Olly really knows his stuff and is a piercer with up to date knowledge, not using internally threaded jewellery as many of my previous piercings elsewhere have been performed with... amongst other things. When I needed some longer jewellery to help the piercings sit correctly, Olly put me at ease and changed them for me. I would fully reccomend going to Factotum and booking in with Olly for a piercing, without a shadow of a doubt he's the best in the area and the best piercer I've found. This has definitely inspired me to get more soon!

   A great experience with Olly. He spoke me through the entire piercing process professionally and had a great selection of jewellery for the initial piercing. I've had poor experiences being pierced in the past with other piercers. But Olly made sure only the highest quality titanium jewellery was used and provided excellent aftercare advice. The piercing healed quickly and beautifully. Would definitely recommend to anyone getting a piercing in Norwich, Olly will always be my first choice.
