   Phebe pierced my conch and upper lobe, and as expected, everything went perfectly! This is the second time I’ve gone to Phebe, the first pair of piercings she did for me healed beautifully. As always, it was a great experience - very reassuring, extremely professional, and with all equipment properly sterilised. The shop feels very comfortable and I always feel very safe and confident being pierced by Phebe. I can’t wait to go back for more! :))))

   I recently had a lobe piercing done by Phebe at Factotum and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the shop felt so welcoming the atmosphere was relaxed, everyone was friendly, and the studio itself was spotless. Everything looked incredibly clean and properly sterilised, which immediately put me at ease. Phebe was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed at every stage. What really stood out to me was how well she explained all the aftercare, giving me detailed advice so I left knowing exactly how to take care of my new piercing. I also really appreciated that she talked me through the different jewellery options, including the price ranges. It was great to see that there were more budget-friendly options available that didn’t compromise on quality at all – perfect for anyone wanting something simple yet safe. At the same time, there were also stunning, high-end options with gorgeous coloured gems from reputable companies like NeoMetal. It really felt like there was something for everyone, and no pressure at all. I’d been considering a few places around the Norwich area, but after hearing so many great things about Factotum and Phebe, I’m so glad I chose to come here. I’m absolutely not disappointed – in fact, I think I might be hooked! Thank you so much, Phebe – I’m already looking forward to coming back for more.
