I placed an order £80 order, 4 weeks ago. No sign of my delivery at all. Still shown as not dispatched. I have emailed them over 10 times with NO REPLY at all. I have now complained to Mastercard about this transaction so I hope I get my money back. Do not use this company.
Ordered from this company on 15/10. Had confirmation of shipment by email on 16/10, and email from EVRI to say they were expecting package, nothing since. Tracking, says "we're expecting it". Sent several emails to KEFL chasing this but had no response. No phone number on website. However, I have received several emails from them asking me to review the products and their service! Not happy.
Only part of my order arrived and after contacting their support 4 times in the last 2 weeks they are still to reply. I have previously ordered from them with no issue and can’t fault the quality of the kit. The missing item worth around £50 and not sure where to go from here
Ordered kettlebells which were the wrong size, contacted 'service' on their website and multiple times via email to cancel, no one responds. Item has now been shipped and again, all contact via email and Instagram for refund ignored, starting the process of chargeback with card company. I would steer clear and use a more reputable company to buy from.
Don‘t order from this company. I ordered their (2x12.5kg) dumbbells, and decided to try to return them within the 14-day return period. Their contact forms don‘t work; their support email is unresponsive; THEY DON‘T HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER. So now I‘m left with a pair of dumbbells I don‘t need. They don‘t respond at all, but will definitely make sure to send out these useless emails about reviewing their product. Adam from KEFL was of no help.
