   Went to Decathlon on Saturday 02/05/2025 to purchase a bike for my daughter, we were offered a brand new bike to buy & best thing was it was ready in 20 minutes! The service was impeccable, we were greeted by Lee (store manager) who was more than happy to help us. He was friendly and professional & had good product knowledge, he even helped me take it to the car & put the bike in the car for us, nothing seemed like too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you so much Lee, you really made my daughter's day x

   I’d like to give a big thank you to Jack (cycling sport advisor) from the Decathlon Milton Keynes branch for his outstanding help and support during our recent visit. I was looking for the right bike, and Jack went above and beyond to guide us through the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and patient, making sure we found a bike that was the right size for me, comfortable, durable, and suitable for the kind of equipment we wanted to mount. Thanks to his expert advice, I now have a bike that feels just right, and I’m so happy with the choice we made. It’s rare to come across such friendly and genuinely helpful service these days, so I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognised. Thank you, Jack, you made what could’ve been a confusing experience really enjoyable and easy!

   Friendly staff and great customer service. Had to return an item that I received which was ordered online, the staff happily accepted it and refunded my money back to my card, very easy and simple process. Loads of options to choose from. Skiing equipment and outdoor items are really good with descent prices here.

Also, he gave me some valuable biking tips and lesson in store on this day! I’m truly grateful for this. Marc is a great asset to this store!

   Visited Decathlon MK today looking for a bike for my daughter. We had visited other various bike stores and received little or no service but the service we received today from Decathlon was fantastic. Danny on the bike section was brilliant at finding what we were looking, seeking out the information we wanted and making sure my daughter knew how the bike worked. He talked her through all the aspects of the bike and she felt very confident. He also helped my younger daughter with a scooter she was looking for. Amazing service!! I then went downstairs to look for a pair of leggings and a sales assistant called Josh asked if I needed help. He knew the product straight away, took me to it and ordered what I wanted as it was out of stock in store. Amazing shopping experience all round. Thank you to both members of the store, what an asset they are!

   I think this sport shop/warehouse must cover nearly every sport I can think of. It’s a large unit with a mezzanine floor. There is plenty of free parking available with blue badge spaces right outside. You will also find Next home, Hobbycraft, Halfords, Pets at home and a Costa in the same block. There really is a large selection of sports and a good choice of products within those sports from very affordable to higher end higher performance items. The bike selection is large with a many models on offer as well as spares, clothing etc. I have read many reviews of their cycling products and they always score highly. Well worth a visit.
