   Straight forward, no issues, top quality kit items delivered before expected delivery date. No complaints. No reason to reach out to customer service so no comment on actual customer care or service if any issues were to arise - for me no issues with my order so 10 out of 10.

   Very easy website to follow, found products that I required without difficulty. Ordering process was straight forward. Delivery advised to 14 days, although actual dispatch was just over, this created no issue for me. The products arrived when they said they would, delivered without any issues, politely and with care. The products I ordered were a perfect fit and are ideal for my purpose. I would certainly use Team Sport Direct again.

   Unbelievable poor customer service. Order placed 8 weeks ago and still not arrived. Emailed twice, no response to either, called over a week ago and was told was being dispatched, hasn't arrived. Called again and told it would be with me tomorrow. No apologies at all. Needless to say they took the money soon as the order was placed. If I could give zero stars I would.

   Avoid like the plague. Ordered team kits that never arrived. Made multiple enquiries via email to no response. Eventually I requested a refund but still didn't receive any response. Rang them directly and spoke to a seemingly disinterested fellow. He simply asked for my bank details, but with hindsight I think this was just to get me off the phone. Surprise surprise, no refund came through. Scam.

   It is a real shame. It takes more than a month to send me the product and it is wrong. I bought the Umbro Neo Pro high-end ball and, failing that, they send me a low-end one. They are scammers and I demand my money, SHAMEFUL AND SCAMMERS !!!

   Having a really bad previous experience with another kit provider, dealing with Team Sport Direct was something else. From the first contact they were great: they've answered all my queries regarding stock and turnaround. Exchanged a few emails and phone calls pre and post-ordering to confirm everything (£900 worth of kit) and in the end I got everything in time and, most importantly, without missing items or messed up printing. Will definitely continue working with them for our football club.

   Ordered a full team kit, over a month in advance, had delayed responses, eventually when managed to get hold of, got told kits aren't available anytime soon. Stuck with no kit for a tournament now.
