   Would rate 0 stars if I could, waited ages to be seen by a member of staff for a pair of football boots, was happy to purchase them but discovered a stain on the shoe, asked if they had any other pair as if I’m buying new shoes, I want the to be new. The lady at the till then radioed whom I presume to be a manager, Tracey? A lady with braids who had the worst attitude ever. She proceeded to say over the radio we couldn’t get a discount and she could change the laces instead. I was happy as long as there was no stain, never crossed my mind for a discount, would have just liked another pair. She then proceeded with the worst attitude over the radio huffing and puffing saying she’ll just change the laces. I just walked out of the shop as why would I spend any money in a shop with disgusting attitudes.

   Good medium sized Sports Direct. Service at tills can be slow but shoe sizing is smooth. Clothing can be hard to find since sizing can be disorganised. Good deals!

   Such a dismal place. The odd staff ok but most terrible. Hardly anyone in the shop when I go yet there is almost always a queue of more than 10 mins....never seen more than one person on the till....awful and I'm officially done with this place after today's trip

   Very Disappointed with Customer Service and Product Quality I had a very negative experience with this store. The staff are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. I purchased a pair of shoes that ended up causing significant damage to my foot, resulting in a bruise. When I raised the issue, the store refused to accept the shoes as faulty and wouldn’t process a return, despite the clear damage and the discomfort they caused. I also reached out to their online customer service, but received only vague responses. They told me it wasn’t their problem because they only handle online issues, not product quality concerns. I felt completely ignored and disregarded. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service, and I definitely do not recommend this store.

   Sports diect in Bletchley. Free parking. A large range of clothes. Childrens and men on ground floor, ladies on sevond floor. Stairs- 2 flights, not sure if there is a lift.

   Tried to buy a pair of gloves marked as £10.99 in the sale, after 10 minutes of queueing they scanned as £12.99. She called the manager on her radio, and he just flat said that there weren't any marked as £10.99 and that they were £12.99 - loudly. Made me look like I was trying it on in front of the whole queue. I went back to the rack and there were several pairs marked at £10.99, which I showed to the manager. Sort your pricing out, and honour the prices you show instead of humiliating customers and wasting their valuable time.
