    I would say.....the last or one of the last normal shops/ retailers in the UK. Ordering online and returns works ok and You still can go in and buy something.... without listening to nonsense from the staff like in the other shops " we don't have it however You can try online in our website" Plus staff is ok and knows how to the the work :-)

    Needed a specific lampshade which was not in atock bit they ordered it and 2 days later texted to say it was in. Brilliant service. The cafe was a nice extra.

    Very disappointed with Next. We wanted to purchase a discounted sofa today but was told they don’t deliver on discounted goods. Not having anyone with a large enough car I decided to post on our local Facebook page. This afternoon I had an offer of possible hel so I tried to ring to see if said sofa was still available. On trying the number given on the website I clearly ended up in a call centre in another country. After quite abit of discussion - me trying to give him postcodes etc he agreed to transfer me to the store. Joke, I was instantly disconnected! The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Think I will avoid Next in future.
