   Didn't even want to give them one star, we had a service agreement with them and they never replied, so I had to constantly chase, it took almost 3 months of me contacting them to ask when they would come out to service, even when they did they did not complete the job. Paid upfront for a service for which again they did not turn up for and then had the wrong part, still waiting for them to finish the job 2 weeks later, absolutely awful would NOT recommend

   What a brilliant experience we had the spin doctor team arrive on time to do the set up of our equipment with no problems at all the team were polite and nothing was too much would recommend and will use again in the future.

   I always try to see a positive and make the time to give good reviews however this is my first bad review, if anyone is looking at spending any money with this company , don’t - Steer clear! You’ve been warned !! Back in Dec I decided to invest over £2’500 on a new treadmill, I found the NordicTrack range to have some great reviews. As part of the service, NordicTrack have contracted with Spin Doctors to offer an assembly services (which I also paid a lot of money for). The initial install was OK, however after post inspection / use, I realised the plastic housing assembly was really poor, misaligned and the main plug kept popping out, exposing bare wires. I called Spin Doctors back about this, and spoke with Mark ‘Dad’ as he’s so pleased in telling everyone, all he did was tell me that kit I bought was of poor manufacturing quality and it was nothing to do with them! I said I don’t expect the plug to be popping out so would like to have them back to rectify, since then I’ve tried to call them twice more and even text my number and Ive heard nothing back from them since, all this over a 3 month duration. I think I’ve given them more than enough time to rectify (plus even said I was interested in buying some additional equipment from them) – but nothing… Im left feeling very frustrated with this company and I would steer anyone away from using these guys based on the very poor customer experience I’ve had ! PS – I do however, Love my NordicTrack Treadmill !
