Good place situated near town and train station, can be quite pricey depending on uniform, but only place to go buy new clothes for school.

We just buy new uniforms . Shop clean and good stored . You can check sizes before buying which is very helpful.
Wrong location for this, causes absolute chaos with 50 parents at a time arriving in their cars blocking everything up and parking on double yellows. There is a renal unit next door, very unfair on patients to have to experience this mayhem every day at this time of year. Organise yourselves better. Also you can’t have HGVs coming here as there is no space to turn.
Do not try & get in this place with an artic as you will not turn around. Avoid Big time as took me 40 minutes to get get out. Staff are helpful though Thanks Massey Wilcox Driver Andy

Have been ordering from here every year since my daughter was 4, she's now nearly 10. Not really ever had a problem but now I have it seems they don't know how to deal with problems and just ignore you instead. Waited a month for my delivery to be told it had been delivered. Karl Sports sent me an email with a paper attached from the delivery company which was written by them to say it was delivered to my safe place 2 weeks after it was supposedly delivered. The problem was I never had any confirmation this was ever delivered so now my parcel was lost and gone. Rang the delivery company who said my dog either ate the delivery slip or I was a liar and trying to pull a fast one over a £25 quid delivery. Said he wouldn't claim on his insurance and laughed at my situation several times. Told me to go back and complain to Karl Sports and he said they would give me the same attitude and be on his side ? Have emailed Karl Sports 2 weeks ago on what I'm supposed to do now as I'm out of pocket and their delivery company isn't taking responsibility and I'm now being ignored by them. Awful customer service between the two companies.
Whilst the staff are not rude, and I did ultimately receive the items over the counter that I asked for, albeit stock they need to get rid of rather than the 'new' uniform that the school requires, resulting in the fact I will 'have' to go back and purchase more when the all their old stock is gone, very frustrating! Each year I go to purchase uniform I experience the same thing, long queues, two staff members that seem to believe we have all the time in the world, and very little customer service. Karl Sports have the monopoly on school uniforms, so I believe, please inform me if there is anywhere else you can get uniforms, but putting another till and more professional experienced staff would be an improvement.
Visited to purchase school uniform. Was served in a reasonable time, with the majority of items being in stock. The items that weren't available I paid extra to have them delivered rather than make an extra journey. Changing rooms were available.
I placed an order around 9am online for 4 items of school uniform, for home delivery. I must say 1st class service & delivery as when I got home the same day around 3.30pm I saw the package was already in my home. I've never had this quick service with anyone else ever. Thankyou.
