   Prestige were SO helpful when I forgot to order a hoodie for a school trip!! They took the time to check for the (missing) order and called me back several times to follow up. Then they did a rush order in the missing item in 24 hours and had it delivered to my local shop for me to pick up. Tom helped me, I was so grateful and impressed with the customer service.

   awful! They put the initials in lower case when we asked for capitals. Plus this years jumpers are ADULTS! My daughters xxl is a 48” chest! The small version fits me and I’m an adult! Last years large was a child’s size and was fine. Too small this year, hence why we ordered an XL. Not knowing they were adult size jumpers! So many children can’t use their jumpers on their school trip now. Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money on a jumper they’ll wear just 3 days.

   Our school has changed to this new supplier recently and to be honest I think this was the best decision ever. I order my children uniform and the website said 7-10 days but I got it in 2 days. The gentleman who delivered the clothes too was so nice and polite and the packaging very simple and neat. This really made me happy as i needed new tops for my children upcoming school photo

   Going into this shop, I had the most lovely experience, the lovely young lady on the shop floor helped me with all my needs & helped advise me on what clothes would be best suited for my daughter. Amazing shop, with lovely staff :)

   Would give 6 stars if possible! The manager was very helpful, he answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Also, the young lady serving was so lovely and a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be buying from here again, and I definitely recommend you do too. The best uniform shop by far.

   Went in today to buy uniform and work wear. After paying I realised i'd been over charged. The manager refused to refund even tho clearly labeled £18 yet hes adament it's £25. So instead of refunding the difference he lost the whole order value for work jumper, jacket and trousers. He was arrogant and aggressive shouting down the phone (young girl was serving us). She didn't know how to refund so had to ring her dad, guessing he the manager. Poor customer service. Avoid BUYING HERE WHERE POSSIBLE. Sadly stuck for school uniform.
