   I don't like writing negative feedback but this story needs to be told. Horrendous experience, spent approx.10 mins on the phone ordering 6 pizzas and 3 bottles of juice. Had to repeat most details at least twice, repeated my address 3 times but they still delivered to the wrong location 45 min late with Pizzas cold. I make an effort to speak clearly when on the phone, but Dominos Pizza in Portlethen have someone answering calls that either struggles to understand English, or does not listen. The delivery person was pleasant and showed me the address details he was given, which did not include the specific address details repeated thrice to his colleague (the manager I'm led to believe) that took my call. Maybe they provide a better service when pizzas are collected, however, they should stop advertising delivery as they are useless at it. It is highly unlikely that I will use Dominos in future.

   Doesn't honor deals that are advertised in shop. Deal, 2 pizzas, 2 sides, cookies. Wasn't aloud any of the dough balls even after speaking to the manager. Then get home, both pizzas on wrong bases and incorrect toppings. No cookies but instead, chocolate dough balls. Another £33 quid wasted at dominos

   Can be slow. 3 pizzas ready, 4th not even started when told by app the order was ready to collect. Food was good, but perhaps avoid if in a hurry.

   Based on quick delivery 2 ⭐️, getting worse from this branch. Three bits of chicken shared between 4 slices!!. Soggy or dry never nice. Too many options locally to need to use this fast food shop.

   Orders have always been hot, within 25 minutes and is very handy for the local village. Staff that have delivered are always friendly and helpful when it comes to delivering it safely during COVID. It does have a real advantage being smaller and serving a local community rather than a city branch that during busy periods would cause hour long delays.

   Even though they were unable to fulfill my full order of 14 wings they offered to replace or give me 7 wings and 7 kickers/strips. Unfortunately when I went to collect they noticed they forgot an ingredient so had to make it again but offered me to take both pizzas home since they would have to dispose of the one that was wrong. Overall though it was a fine experience if not perfect but the pizza and sides were delicious.
