Our first visit to Aberdeen and we called into Di Maggios in Bon Accord shopping centre. Lovely choice of quality food, great coffee and pleasant clean surroundings with friendly people. It was so good we've been back again. Prices are very reasonable compared to some cafes.
You'd think charging 50p for a sachet of ketchup they'd manage to afford real plates, but nope it's been polystyrene ones for 5 years. Can't be good on keeping their waste to a minimum. Plates are tiny so you don't get much on it. Toast is meant to be served fresh, not left to go soggy on the counter after sitting there for 5 minutes.
I really enjoy coming here! The prices are fair, and the food is fantastic. There are plenty of options for both kids and adults, which makes it a great place for the whole family
I've taken my kids to Di Maggio's since they were young, my daughter still loves it and she's now 23. Quick serve Italian food, pizzas and pastas, friendly staff, very accommodating, good prices, food lovely
Had the Scottish High Tea (haddock, chips & peas, bread & butter, pot of tea & cake). Great value & very filling. Available from 11:30am. Lots of seating options in a large, bright space. Baby food heating area provided. Centre Toilets nearby.

Here Dimaggios is a good banging cheap lunch. You can get a warm scran and go. Really fast que.
How do you make a bacon and cheese burger taste like fish? I have no idea, but my guess is this place is using the same grill for burgers and fish. It's not considerate of those with allergies, and actually illegal in most countries for this reason.
Tiny portion sizes for the price. The server gave me one serving spoon of pasta and one spoon of chips for £5.95. So hungry after it I had to go to another place next door. Considering you can get freshly made big portions of carbonara for £10 in genuine Italian restaurants nearby, it should be 0 stars.
