    Placed an online order at 6.45pm, received a confirmation email. At 9pm no pizza had arrived so I phoned to query only to be told the chef had ‘rejected’ my order as he had no delivery driver! The only contact I received from them was my confirmation order email so I was most surprised at this. Shocking customer service and will not be ordering from here again.

    Was looking forward to nice pizza and pasta while visiting with work. Guy behind the counter was so sour. Ended up cancelling my order and walking out cos the service was so bad.

    Been a few times to Papa Pizza, it's great to have a local business that does good pizza on a street with 2 chains that don't meet the same standard. Will continue to go back. Even the chicken fillets are made using proper cuts of chicken breast.

    Good food but terrible customer service! Always get the order wrong or deliver at the wrong time then argue with customers. Been promised a free pizza so many times but never happens, won't be going back.
