   Went in with a voucher for a free small pizza on the 17th of October, valid until the 19th of October. When I showed it to the member of staff, she reacted very rudely and told me to disregard what it said on the voucher as the offer had expired the day before. Very misleading service.

   I visited the Papa John’s store in Winchester around 3:00 PM yesterday. Outside the shop, there was a deal board clearly showing “Any Large Pizza for £6.99 (Collection).” However, when I went inside to order, a staff member told me that the deal wasn’t valid and said the sign was “put up by mistake.” I was then asked to pay nearly double — £12 — for the same pizza. This was very disappointing and misleading. If a promotion is displayed outside, customers should be able to rely on it. It felt unprofessional and dishonest. I hope the management reviews this issue and ensures their advertised deals are accurate and honored in the future.

   Worst service ever. Pizza was cold and wrong size when it arrived, drink was missing so refused the order. My first order from this store, will be my last. I live 5 minutes from this store, took delivery an hour to come. I rang up the shop to ask for a refund and the guy accused me of being racist. He sounded like an emotional wreck. I guess playing the victim is an interesting tactic. Contacted customer service. Preheat your oven before baking pizza.

   Ordered two vegan pizzas yesterday. Eating out the box and one of us suddenly crunched on something hard. Tuned out to be a very sharp piece of plastic in the pizza. Not impressed. Shame as the pizzas were delicious

   After careful deliberation, our group decided to try Papa John's instead of Domino's. The pizzas arrived on time and looked pretty good... Except for one large pizza that looked like it had been in a car crash. Called back straight away before even touching my pizza to alert them to what I had been presented with. The kid on the phone sounded very unsure as to what to do and put me on hold whilst he talked to the driver. After a few moments, he came back and told me that the driver does not know what happened and there is nothing he can do. I will not use papa john's again.
