   AVOID AT ALL TIMES!!! ordered a large cheesy chips and jalapeño cream cheese bites, received a small chips that tasted stale and like old oil and my bites had no jalapeño at all. i called for a refund and they hung up on me multiple times despite calling off a different phone number. horrible service avoid at all costs and after seeing these other reviews i will be reporting to E H O

   Spent 30 quid on 2 14 inch thick pan pizzas with 7-8 toppings including extra cheese and recieved this after 45 mins... barely enough toppings for one slice and has that greasy cardboad base thats not thick. Just go pizza hut its a no brainer

   Today I went to Diamond Pizza and Kebab with my friends, and we ordered chicken wrap, doner kebab, and pizza. After eating all this, we were compelled to say that this takeaway is one of the best take away in terms of cleanliness, customer service, and staff behavior. So I will recommend to everyone that they should definitely visit Diamond Pizza and Kebab.

   We ordered for delivery late last night, whilst the food was cooked an delivered it was not what we ordered. There was no salad in our kebabs and the actual portion size was very small, not what you would expect. Very disappointed

   Poor company, I orderd just simple cheesy chips, cheesecake can of drink never arrived. Called the place to find out they delivered to wrong address the person who answered phone was speaking to the driver who delivered it and would not rectify this problem even with the driver right there. Poor customer service and management to run a business, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

   This place is a joke, an hour and a half delivery time when the shop is 12 mins away!! arrived COLD, and they Got almost everything on the order WRONG. Ordered a doner wrap meal with no salad, and it came with a ton of salad, they forgot the chips and it wasn’t even that good. Also ordered a large chicken doner meal with salad and they forgot the salad and forgot the drink. don’t bother ordering from here

   They went above and beyond to meet my requirements. They had run out of one of the toppings I requested so they called me to offer some substitutes, and when I told them no other substitutes would do (I am autistic and always have the same toppings every time) they went out of their way to source it! Bearing in mind it was gone 11pm when I ordered, I'm not sure how they did it but they did! I appreciate their efforts especially because it was so late and they probably wanted to go home. Top service. (Pizza tasted great too!)

   Updated Review: Recently the food has been substandard quality. The kebab meat used to be really nice but recently it's been very poor quality (bland and flavourless). Despite having purchased here regularly for 2 years we are now getting our kebabs elsewhere. Original Review (pictured): Great pizzas and kebabs. The pizzas are not greasy and you can taste the toppings. Always been given 2 dips with each pizza which is great! The kebabs are served with plenty of meat and salad. A great portion size. We've been getting a takeaway here a lot over the last year. Recommended.
