   Very poor standards, thats twice in 2 weeks my order has been messed up, ordered for delivery 21st dec around 10pm food came completely wrong pizza sent out. Phoned up got hung up on twice and then eventually got through to them and they agreed to send out a replacement pizza by time this has happened the rest of our food was stone cold. Won't be ordering again from now on. Extremely disappointed.

   1 because I can’t give 0. Going into the shop after ordering a collection. Stated on the app it was ready even though it wasn’t. We’ve had issues with this dominos before with their service. They never answer the phone even though they aren’t busy. Long haired guy in there who thinks he owns the shop moaning about working there.

   Shocking service. Placed an order for delivery today, after 45 minutes, driver came with food but it was someone else's order. I phoned the shop, waited 5 minutes to speak to someone, then I explained the issue amd they put me on hold. 20 minutes I was on hold before they hung up. Phoned back after and they said I can either have a refund or they will remake my order. I asked for the remake and they said they will deliver. Almost 3 hours I waited, nothing! I phoned back and they said they forgot about it. I asked will it be arriving and they said no. That was end of conversation really. Now im trying to fight for a refund for food I never got. ( the food i did get, no one wanted and they told us to bin it, what a waste!)

   We ordered a set of meals to be delivered not only did it take an age to arrive (despite being informed via the website that it was delivered no doubt a head office KPI) They also delivered the wrong items. When calling them they had to keep referring to their manager who offered a partial refund that didn't even cover for the cost of the mix up. So we won't be using this service again.
