Just had a kebab from Rowner Grill. Really friendly staff, kebab was amazing. Loads there. They wrapped it up really well for me as I was driving back to Southampton. It was still hot when I got home. I will definitely get another from here next time I’m in Gosport. I would definitely recommend Rowner Grill.
Hi just brought an order from them and the chicken fillet was not done properly it was rock hard and put me off my other food made me feel sick phoned them not very helpful never had a.problem before will not be. Ordering from them again
Customer service very poor got a person on the phone threatening me with he staff when I said I would come to shop with there bad attitude...shop should be shut down. would never use them again...and I will follow this up as the food has been poor for a long time getting orders wrong.arriveing late and food being cold .both me and my wife got very ill . Their excuse was we got a new chef.the pizza very soggy not fit for human consumption. made so many complaints but nothing was ever done so i will now use someone else please avoid.
Made many orders over the years. Food is for the price, in-store service is good and delivery drivers service. I would say delivery is slow on times, but that's out of their hands depending how busy they are, and obviously depends how many drivers they have at that time. As long as the food comes hot I can't complain, which is does each time.

Ordered 2 x 1/2 cheese burgers with kebab meat, this was with another friends order, when arrived both burgers had no kebab meat at all, looking on receipt they charged us extra foe kebab meat but just got ripped off. This is the 3rd time we ordered food from them and they get it wrong everytime. The last kebab I had from there the meat was s hard and dried out it was crispy, called up to complain, and they redelivered only to be given exactly the same, I had to take it back together money back. Avoid this shop, there are much better ones around.
Why do your chicken shish kebabs not come with peppers or onions, like it says on the menu? I ordered 2 chicken kebabs. One for the wife with salad (pictured) and one without salad but with garlic mayo cos I thought it won't be too bad, it's got peppers and onions on it. How wrong was I? Pitta bread and chicken pieces. No more, no less. Not even a little bit of stray salad. It looked so..........BEIGE on my plate. Not appetising at all. Tasted good (cant fault the taste at all) but was shockingly deficient in what I expected looks wise.
