   My boyfriend and I went for a date here, honestly amazing it’s going to be our new go to spot! The food was impeccable and came super quickly, we went and it was quite empty but the atmosphere was still lovely but I imagine it’d be even better when busy. Also the pricing is amazing for the quality and amount of food you get. 10/10 would 100% recommend

   I have been ordering from Nara for delivery for several years now. By far my favourite Japanese restaurant in the city. I've been inside a few times to collect orders, it's beautiful, I hope one day I'll find the opportunity to dine in rather than take away. The staff have always been really lovely when I've been in too. The spicy salmon inside out roll is my favourite item on the menu by far but the takoyaki and gyoza are a close second. When I'm ill I love ordering a portion of miso and some noodles from here. Somehow I always feel a little better afterwards. I would absolutely recommend in a heart beat, I highly doubt I will ever find anywhere else I love so much. By far my favourite eatery in the entire city but maybe I'm bias seeing as sushi is my all time favourite meal. Regardless, if you are a sushi lover or a fan of noodles or rice, Nara has such a wide variety of options to choose from and they're all absolutely delicious. Thank you for all the years of being my "go to" takeaway, I look forward to many more.

   This is their Japanese tonkotsu ramen. The tonkotsu broth doesn't taste like tonkotsu, and the meat looks like someone else's leftovers from last night's meal. It's completely inconsistent with the image and the text. I really don't know what kind of food this is. NOTHING LIKE JAPANESE FOOD.

   Food is nice but it often comes on a plate with a weird upward convex that makes the food look plush even though there is not a lot of food on the plate leaving you feeling robbed. I left hungry. Also communication with the server was difficult as he didn't speak very good English. My Recommendation. Go to sakura across the road, it's a bit more expensive but it provides better food in larger quantities.

   I arrived to an almost empty restaurant, but things filled up and I had a good experience. The ramen wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better broth. The service was good, but also had to wait a while for the bill. I’ll be back though.

   Lovely atmosphere, the food was incredible and the staff were all so lovely. I had the maki sushi set and my partner had the salmon teriyaki bento box, both so so good. They even offer an NHS discount! Will definitely be back soon!

   A hidden gem in Bedford place! Excellent food and fantastic Japanese decor inside. Plenty of veggie options available. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
