   Strange one. Food took 1 hour and 20 mins. Pizzas were not at all as described. Neither had much cheese. Punjabi one had no green peppers, no chicken tikka, no green chillis and was not spicy at all. The kebab one had about 10 scattered pieces of kebab meat all burnt across an 18” pizza. The margarita “cheese in the crust” literally has no cheese in the crust. The “large chips” were half a box. But they did taste ok. Perhaps it’s because we were so hungry having waited so long. Reducing score to 1 star as no response from complaint via orderYoyo.

   Always had a thing for doner. Seeing the big chunk of meat being grilled is always a sight to behold and always causes me to feel hungry, nonetheless had great time there. The meat was juicy and flavorful and the staff was nice and friendly too.

   My wrap was good quality and generously sized. One small part of my order was forgotten but to be fair they sent it out as soon as I called, they apologised, delivered extra and dealt with it very well. I would definitely recommend this place.

   This was not a chicken tikka kebab. Rubbery strange tasting meat whatever it was. Made me sick. Donner kebab was awful too and Naan breads did not taste or feel fresh.

   I don't know why this place has been getting bad reviews, I went in and the service was fine, staff friendly as anything, the food tasted good (no food poisoning, had good flavour) and most of all my order was correct. So no problems here what so ever in my opinion and to be honest i have been many times to the point they knew my order off by heart. No problems or issues with this place. I would go again and recommend people give it a try for themselves.

   We ordered BBQ original pizza, and when the food arrived it was cold and dry. We then realized that none of the toppings corresponded to the description of the pizza given on Uber Eats. The pizza was described to have a barbeque base, plain and chinese chicken and green peppers - which were all not added to the pizza. Instead we had a ton of sweet corn - which was not specified in the description - scattered and a minimal amount of tandoori chicken sprinkled here and there. The overall taste of the pizza was unpleasant, so we decided to phone Moons Grill and let them know that our order was wrong. After telling them, the man on the line proceeded to yell at us and tell us that the pizza that he made was in fact correct and accused us of lying. He continued to insult us and told us that he didn't care about the complains and that we should carry on complaining everywhere, then hung up on us. The customer service is horrendous, the person was rude and extremely unapologetic. This has by far, been my worst experience in ordering online.

   Incorrect order, paid for a 18" pizza got a 12" with what seems to be a bbq sauce instead of tomato like i ordered, bbq wings were in a wet and soggy paper bag that split when i lifted it up, also paid for a bottle of a drink as part of the deal and received a can instead. Not happy.

   What can I say, waited almost an hour and a half for our delivery, paid £30 for three kebabs, stuffed mushrooms and mozerella sticks. The mushrooms were cold and the box so saturated with grease that it was falling apart. There were only a couple in there and they were awful. The mozerella sticks were also cold and unfortunately terribly dry. Again they're going in the bin. The kebabs were the alright, though, again the boxes were saturated with grease and the paper was wet through and falling apart. Unfortunately they too were cold. Throughly disappointed, after such a long wait, expensive prices and ending in total disappointment.
