   Pizza was nicely cooked but not worth the money £££ for what you get. The establishment was beautifully decorated, service very good when you arrive....then they seem to forget about you after main course. No Red sauce or Mayo available.

   Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza we were served was undercooked and extremely doughy, making it unpleasant to eat. In addition, the mac and cheese lacked any real flavour, and the halloumi dish was of very poor quality. Although the staff were polite, they did not check on us at any point regarding our food, despite it being clear that we had barely eaten anything. This meant we were not given the opportunity to raise these issues during the meal.The total bill came to around £60, which feels unreasonable given the quality of the food and overall experience. I have previously enjoyed dining at PizzaExpress, which makes this particularly disappointing. The quality difference was like night and day. I would appreciate your response and some form of resolution. We went this evening 15th December and ate at around 7.

   Ordered online. I arrived early to make sure it's be hot, but the pizza was cold, with hardly any of the main ingredient. The BBQ wings were actually the lemon and herb wings, with a bit of BBQ sauce on... When I arrived and the manager (I think), was chatting to a friend through a window, then sliced my pizza on the front desk in front of me. Wouldn't mind IF the food was nice, but it was not.

   I used to live near here, and often got take out on the way home from work. Have eaten here regularly for many years. We now live in Florida and still visit every time we come home. So that’s close to 30 years in total. Food is always excellent and service to match.

   Pizza Express is my favourite pizza restaurant and I've been a customer for maybe 50 years. You know what you will get and it is good food. I've been to this one many times and the service is always good.

   The restaurant is very dated and in serious need for a refurb, nonetheless this does not excuse the lack of cleanliness. However the service is good and the staff pleasant, the pizzas were tasty and with the deals on offer good value.

   Food was delivered on time and hot. Taste really nice but I was very disappointed with the size of serving. Only half filled the container it came in (you could see the bottom). I ordered bread too, otherwise it wouldn't have been even a meal. I won't be ordering on line again. Such a shame.
