   Abysmal. Rice is never seperate and dry always mushy. See the photos. Horrible bowls mean you can't get through the topping. The sweet chicken was so sweet that I Had a glucose surge so sharp on my monitor after that I had to walk for 30 mins. Very low quality food with very cheap ingredients sold for way too much.people walking in and using the tables without eating. I told staff and they did nothing to clear the table. The Nepali lady was very polite but the young lady serving looked straight past me and served the customer behind me which I believe was discrimination.

   Portion size is definitely not as generous as it used to be. Not sure if it’s just my luck but the same Asian lady served me on recent occasions only fill up 3/4 of the bowl. Nevertheless the food taste good hence 3 stars.

   The noodles were undercooked, giving them a texture more akin to plastic, and they had an unusual smell. This brand used to deliver quality, but something has clearly changed. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing them again—especially given the price."

   For a standard chain place, the quality of Kokoro is insane for the price. I tend to order the sweet and chilli chicken with rice. The rice is sticky and perfectly made, the chicken is slightly crispy and the sauce is really sweet and spicy. You get your food within one minute. The only criticism I have is the size of the joint. Three of four small tables to fit one or two people inside.

   Someone please inform the staff today that the portions are much less than what customers are used to and expect. Kokoro's standout point v. its competitors is satisfyingly generous portions of quick, simple Asian food -- key word being generous. Needless to say it was disappointing when expectations weren't met.

   I tried sweet and sour chicken with rice here and gyoza and fell in love! Very very delicious, big portion (at least for me, I took some home because I couldn't finish in one go) and nice prices!!

   Absolutely love this place...especially because they have added some yummy vegetarian options to the menu. The pumpkin katsu curry is to die for. Even veg sushi is amazing. The staff is super polite. The sitting even though limited - is comfortable and clean.

   I ordered something I was expecting to be udon with chicken but it turned out to be ramen where on-screen it's not divided in any way. Plus it was full of nori which I can't stand. Only card payment. 4 staff inside only 1 working. I'm quite unhappy about this visit.
