Love this place. Delicious food, large portions and super polite. They got my order wrong once and when I called to ask offered to make it for me again free of charge!
I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. The kebab I ordered for home delivery was absolutely terrible. The chicken was clearly old and spoiled - I was sick for 3 days after eating it! The sauce had a rancid smell to it. Everything was completely soaked in grease - both the packaging and the bread were drenched in oil. The only 'benefit' of this experience would be if you're looking to lose a few pounds in 3 days and miss work due to food poisoning. Otherwise, stay far away from this place. Definitely not ordering from here again.
I had ordered a lamb kebab which specified it came with rice separately as I cannot eat rice due to a recent allergy and dietary reasons. Upon receiving the order the rice was in the same tub as the lamb making it unsafe for me to eat the lamb without risking a reaction. I called the restaurant hoping for some help but I was shouted at and hung up on before I could point out it was supposed to come separately. It is a shame as the lamb and rice (despite not being able to consume it) looks very nice and appetizing. Most likely will not order from here again due to the food being incorrectly labeled and the verbal abuse I received from a staff member.
Great food and service usually. Tonight i put in my order 2hr before i wanted it delivered, waited 20 after delivery time before phoning to check on delivery time to be told the manager had cancelled order due to shortage of drivers with no notification sent to me. very disappointed as we have visitor for kebab tonight. Ordered from another kebab shop EFE and food was amazing delivery within 45 min found a new kebab house.
Food sent in plastic containers which leaves things like chips too soggy to eat. If you want to have to bin half your order it’s ok…but please Don’t expect a refund from the charlatan.
Food taste is okay, however I'm giving 5 star because of their quantity of food with the price. They give plenty of food and very affordable as well. Very fast delivery too. With definitely order again
Firstly I just want to say my kebab was delicious. Now the moans... I have been buying kebabs in Aberdeen for 40 years and have come to expect a split pitta, filled with donnar meat, salad piled on top and your choice of sauce, all in one box or even wrapped in paper. It has never varied, and you know what you are getting - until now... I have no idea why I was given a whole heap of rice in a separate container with the meat, a pitta I had to split myself, separate box of salad and 2 tiny portions of chilli/garlic sauce (when I only like chilli but wasn't asked?) £8 for a kebab is expensive in my opinion, and I feel like I'm paying for containers and ingredients that I simply don't want, or need. I hope you read this and take it for what it is - constructive criticism. Ask your customers how they want their donnar kebabs served, and I'm sure the answer will be not how how you are doing it currently. Peace out
