Terrible, ordered for 7.30pm as I was working and arrived at 7pm. Was stone cold time I got home to eat it. Went into the bucket. Never ordering again
absolutely disgusting service. Will not use again. Ordered online, website stated 45mins. Over one hour later, called for update and told on way. A further 20mins later called for further update and whilst waiting driver arrived. Was told "driver took 3 orders" and "other people order too" as well as "website always says 45minutes" followed by "what do you want? your food has arrived". Sorry but just lost very regular customers. Shame cause food always really good
Meal was burnt had chicken balls batter was burnt spring rolls should be bigger beff chow mean vegetables should be smaller and softer sauce was lovely
Popped in to get something to take to work,first time here.Shops tidy enough service was ok so no complaints there.Ordered the turbo rice and it was ok nothing special but nothing to complain about,just another middle of the road Chinese takeaway…..does what it says on the tin sort of thing.
Ordered from here today...Sat already with an upset stomach just an hour in...got salt and chilli prawns that we're just big lumps of pure salt , chicken balls were just processed tiny bits of chicken in batter and majority of the chips were hard as. Just to tip things off onions on everything undercooked and curry sauce most definitely out of a bag. Save yourself the upset and avoid.
It was my first time order with this place and with order over £25 you'll get free salt & pepper chicken wings or salt & pepper chips, there's no information how to order free adds or option to choose it but I write down in notes "I would like salt & pepper wings for free please" just in case as I don't want chips. Made order for £30 but received prawn crackers for free for order over £15. I call them to ask why I get something different but heard a lie from a rude lady I did not made a note and should call them I told what I want for free?! They had my phone number but not make any effort to ask what I would like to get. Every other place would reflect & offer they will bring missed item but instead I've heard they busy and have no time for me. Was waiting full 1 hour for my order. My first & last order with this place.
One of the best tasting Chinese takeaways I have found in Aberdeen. Have used it many times, and they have been pretty consistently good. I usually go for the same items shown in the photos, occasionally trying different items.
